So Fantzy accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa Debet

So Fantzy features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your Credit Card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your Credit Card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website www.paypal.com.

Is Ordering Online Safe?

Yes it is. Our website provides SSL(Secure Socket Layer) which means that your online experience and information is encrypted and safe.

Can I Change/Cancel my Order?

Once you have placed your order we cannot make changes or cancel your item(s) since they have already been processed.

Where do you Ship to?

We ship worldwide.

How do I know you've received my Order?

You will receive an Email Confirmation once our team has processed your order. If you do not receive an email, please make sure to check your Spam folder.

How long does Shipping take?

Deliveries can take up to an average of 14 business days after dispatch. In rare cases shipping can take up to 30 business days (ie. Holidays)

Tracking my Order

Once your order has been Shipped, you will receive a email with your Tracking Number. You can check the status of your order at any time.

Faulty/Incorrect Item(s)

Send us an email at inquiries@sofantzy.ca or message our main Instagram Account @sofantzy within 14 days and our costumer service team will look after you. When reaching out to our customer service team please provide us with your Name, Order Number, Product Name and a picture of the faulty/incorrect item.

Exchanging my Item(s)

Unfortunately, we can not exchange items at this time. We are currently working on a method to provide this service in the near future!

I’ve only received part of my order?

Items will occasionally be sent separately at no additional cost. In that case you will get a Tracking Number for both items.

Where are your products from?

Our suppliers are located in China and we also have a small warehouse in the United States. Our most popular items will have the availability to ship from the United States. We ship directly from both locations to save our customers an additional Shipping cost.
